Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, including CJ Dropshipping, shipping times vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (such as during free shipping promotions).

We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Happy Paws is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Happy Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
